Computer Repair is one of our core business offerings. Behind the walls of our retail store front, Element Computers boasts a ten station shop where our technicians diagnose, fix, and build computers. We pride ourselves on providing computer repair services that are customized to how YOU use your computer.
At other large computer repair centers, you may experience long lines, unknowledgeable staff, and high prices. At Element, you’ll find reasonable wait times, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and highly competitive prices. At Element, our staff is focused on finding the most cost effective solution for your computer issues. We are not here to cheat our customers. We are here to make our customers happy with their computers, and happy with our service. You can trust the team here at Element. We have your best interest in mind.
Many prospective customers will ask, “How much will it be to repair my computer?” Unfortunately that price varies widely. But one of our prices never varies – our diagnostic price. We only charge $30 for a full computer diagnostic. We’ll test your RAM and hard drive, examine your motherboard, and scan for viruses. After we run this diagnostic, we’ll determine what your computer problem is, and how much it will be to fix it. If you decide to fix your computer with us, the $30 will go towards your total repair cost. And if not, it’s just $30 to fully examine your computer.
Once we’ve determined what the problem is, we’ll talk with you about your options. Whether it’s a simple RAM upgrade, or whole new system, we will work with you to understand your computer needs and find the best solution for you.
