If your kids can’t fix it…we can!

Whether you would like to have us come to your location, or drop your tower off with us, you will find that our technicians fix it right the first time.  Our rates are at about half the cost of what the big stores are charging, with a 7-day guarantee on our work.  The big stores have you sign paperwork acknowledging that there is no guarantee they can fix your computer, while they happily charge you hundreds of dollars anyway. At Element Computers^TM we believe that if we can’t fix it, you don’t pay.

How do we know what to fix?

When you drop off your tower, you will talk directly with an Element Computers^TM authorized representative, possibly even the technician who will fix your computer. We appreciate all the information you can write-down or describe in detail regarding the problems you are having on our work-order form. Our technicians will fix your computer based on the information you provide. 

What do we need?

We prefer that you just bring the tower part of your computer.  We don’t need you monitor, keyboard, mouse or any cables when you bring in your computer in for repair.

Do you need an appointment?

It isn’t necessary to schedule an appointment with us. Simply bring us your tower, and it will be worked on in a first-come first-served basis.

We do offer a “Call-to-Bring” service for our computer repairs. With the Call-to-Bring service, simply call us at 805.524.1010 and asked to be placed on our repair list.  Your name will be placed in our repair system as if you had physically dropped off your tower.  When it becomes time to work on your system, an Element Computers^TM authorized representative will contact you, and ask you to bring your tower in that day.  Your tower will be worked on immediately, and the repair will most likely be complete in 1-2 business days, depending on the severity.

Saturdays from 12PM until 7PM.

How long does it take?

Repair times vary by system/problem, but the average repair takes approximately 3-7 business days at our location. Computers are repaired on a first-come first-served basis. Rush repairs are available on request for an additional fee.

How much does it cost?

Repair prices vary depending on the severity of the problem. If you purchase the hardware for upgrading your computer from Element Computers^TM, there is a significant discount on the installation price. 

We believe in charging a fair price for repairs, and bill in ¼ to ½ hour increments. Rest assured you’ll never get billed for 1 hour’s time for a 10 minute repair job.
