Where do we ship from?

All items are shipped directly from our store which is located at 354 Central Avenue in Fillmore, California 93015.

Where do we ship to?

At this time, Element Computers^TM only ships within the United States of America.  Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or GU addresses through our automated website. Please contact Element Computers^TM by phone (877.825.1010) to arrange shipment to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Additionally, we cannot ship to Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Which shipping carrier do we use?

Our carrier of choice is UPS.  At this time, shipment is not available from any other carrier through Elementcomputers.com.

Will I be charged tax?
Sales tax applies only to shipping addresses located in California.

Do I have to sign for my Order?

For your package safety, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays (UPS may deliver to residential addresses up to 7:00 p.m.).

How are the shipping charges calculated?

We have painstakingly weighed each individual product. Shipping charges are calculated by the actual product weights not including the packing materials or boxes that we ship the products in. It is our goal to be as accurate as possible with our shipping charges, and would rather under-charge than over-charge you for shipping.

How soon will my order ship?

At Element Computers^TM, we handle each and every order with personal care. We treat each order with the sense of urgency we would want if we had made the order ourselves. Order shipments vary by product. If the product is in stock, it will leave our store in approximately 1-2 business days. If the product is not in stock, it will ship in most likely 3-5 business days. If we feel that for any reason we are not able to ship your order in a timely manner, we will contact you by phone or email to let you know the status. If you have questions on availability or the status of your order, please feel free to contact us at 877.825.1010. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 11AM to 9PM and Saturdays from 12PM to 7PM, Pacific Standard Time.

Your order’s estimated time of arrival will depend on the stock status, plus the option you choose for shipping.

Please keep in mind that Weekends & holidays are not Business days, and do not count towards travel time for shipment.

If you select overnight shipment, please allow for the 1-2 business days average processing time before your product is shipped.

Are there additional fees for Alaska and Hawaii?

At Element Computers^TM, we believe in charging only the actual shipping cost, as determined by UPS.  Your shipping charges are determined by the actual product weight from our zip code (93015) to yours.  There are absolutely no additional handling fees for Alaska or Hawaii.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled only if it's on backorder or under credit review. Please include your name and order number, and we will promptly cancel the shipment of your merchandise.

Unauthorized Returns

Undamaged Shipments that are refused without authorization, or that are returned to us because the address was invalid, are subject to a restocking fee of 15% plus applicable shipping and handling fees. Per State of California regulations, any taxes refunded in this case will be calculated based on the final refund amount minus the 15% restocking fee, not the original purchase price.
